Back Forty Artisan Cheese – (Five Artisan Cheeses)
This selection provides a well rounded variety of cheese including blue cheese (Highland Blue), a semi soft washed rind (Ompah), a semi-firm torched rind aged cheese (Bonnechere) and thier delicious extra old hard cheese (Pecorino Verona), and their traditional Greek style Feta (Flower Station) . All of these cheeses are carefully crafted with raw sheep milk and vacuum sealed for freshness so they can be enjoyed during the holiday season or into the New Year.
2023 Cabernet Franc 750ml (Kin Vineyards) –
The wine is pale purple in colour with a classic nose of peppers, red currant, dried herbs, subtle notes of star anise and vanilla. The palate is round and juicy with depth of fruit, well integrated and soft tannins lending the framework for a long finish.
