Description
This package includes a locally crafted hard wood paddle board, two Seed to Sausage dry cured salamis (Saucisson Sec and Chroizo) and three wedges of Back Forty Artisan Cheese including; Madawaska, Highland Blue and Ompah, totaling approximately 550 – 600 grams of delicious cheese.
Each board is one of a kind and made of Cherry, Maple and / or Ash. They range in sizes of 10″ – 12.5″ wide and 13.5″ – 18″ long. See images for examples.
