Laurie Brownlee is 5th generation on his family’s farm. Laurie and Pat have been raising beef cows, growing vegetables and grain crops for decades. Pat and Laurie are dedicated to the wholistic health of their farm and family. Their Pure Maple Syrup is wood fired and would be classified as Medium or Grade A – Amber which provides a rich taste.
