Description
Made with raw ewe’s milk
Semi-firm, uncooked, unpressed
Approximately 150, 175 and 200 gram wedges, 1-1.5 kg wheels
Please note – Every wheel of Back Forty cheese is carefully crafted, cut and packaged by hand. As a result each wedge will slightly vary in size and weight. Wedge sizes are approximations based on our average wheel weight.
Named after the picturesque hamlet in Lanark County, our Flower Station will be a real wake up for the taste buds of those used to pasteurized cow milk Feta and provide an authentic taste of the Mediterranean!
Tasting Notes: Match the beverage to the combination of ingredients in the recipe. Likely good bets include Italian
reds, crisp whites, Pilsner or lager.
